Newer building, nice rooms, plenty of parking, very clean, everything worked, quiet location, no problems. Definitely underpriced at $63 a night, and the desk clerk was very helpful.
Surprisingly Good
Almost new, well-kept, modern motel. Interior halls, lots of concrete parking. There is a BBQ and Blues place right next door, but no sidewalk to get over there ... walk in the street, it's worth it. Best in town, but not much competition. If you're going to stay in Burlington, you want to try to stay here.
Modern, Comfort Inn type of hotel
We visit family here often and due to the size of our family needed a hotel to stay at. Our room was clean and when we came back to the room the second night our beds were made and towels had been replaced. It doesn't offer a continental breakfast or anything like that but if all your looking for is a clean place to sleep then this is the place.
Clean
We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. Lots of the family stayed here too. The Country Haven Inn is just what you should expect it to be. Just a good place to lay your head. The front desk lady was nice. The whole place is nice and clean. It was nice that the room did have a mini fridge. The beds and pillows are not that great or comfortable.
It's just Burlington, Kansas.
I needed to visit Aliceville, KS. The nearest hotel was Country Haven Inn about 15 miles away. The hotel is neat and clean. Although the hotel does not have amenities such as a swimming pool or hot tub, the Country Haven Inn made arrangements with a nearby fitness center so that its guests have access to a fitness center, swimming pool, and hot tub. This is a nice touch.
